The author od the Vegoland Game, Ewa Janiszewski, is a mother of four children. She invented this game many years ago to motivate her kids to eat a good amount of nutritious and fresh vegetables.
She found this unique and playful approach to make vegetables more appealing, even exciting to eat. Later, she realized that her other purpose was to share this idea with parents and families, since so many of them would complain that their children refused to eat vegetables.
Ewa graduated from school of fine arts, so she decided to design this game ans also to write and illustrate game’s story all by herself. It was a long but a very rewarding creative journey.
During this whole experience Ewa has been quite excited to find out that a playful approach used in the Vegoland Game actually works very well, not only for her own children, but children of her friends and neighbors. Hopefully it will be for many others.
